Following a recent merger, HF Sinclair sought the guidance of Corgan’s workplace interiors team to design a headquarters that would reflect the brand’s new identity and transformation, all in a new location in Dallas that connects employees to the surrounding neighborhoods and amenities. Corgan’s thoughtful approach guides employees through carefully planned spaces throughout the office’s 90,000 square feet, which foster social and collaborative interactions. This strategy reinforces the organization’s strength, provides a distinctive gathering space for all employees, and ensures the office adapts to the evolving needs of work.

In a shared conference room, Corgan chose 100% Wool Design Felt in 150 Weiß for an ARO Plank 1 installation that creates a calming yet dramatic backdrop for a bench lining the perimeter of the space. ARO Plank 1 helps keep the sound down and creates a captivating statement that echoes the space’s rounded walls.

The eye-catching installation features a felt and leather pairing in dark, rich colors that play with light and shadow and add all-natural texture. Studio Sissi is an creative agency that works with clients to tell their unique stories through bold and eye-catching graphics, logos, and motion design, lifting their brands up to stand out and captivate new audiences.

For their headquarters in Belgium, Arc ripples across a statement wall in an open, shared workspace. The wall features Studio Sissi’s signature color in 575 Salbei and greets guests and clients with a playful atmosphere that encourages creativity and collaboration. Custom-designed to feature the company’s logo, Arc makes a fun statement while helping to soften the sound where the team comes together to collaborate on projects.

To attract employees back into the office, the team at HOK cleverly designed the offices at Boston Consulting Group with a post-COVID workspace in mind. The architects behind the project worked to design an interior that encourages productivity but also includes a range of amenities that help support employees throughout the day.

Collaboration and inclusivity were vital in designing the innovative workspace, so the team incorporated open offices, collaborative conference rooms, convertible private offices, soundproof phone booths, a quiet library, and private nooks to work in when employees need quiet, focused areas to concentrate. Two of the unique spaces designed by HOK include installations of Duet in a calming shade of grey. Duet’s on-edge detailing provides playful pops of graphic patterning while helping to keep the sound down in an office of over 400 people.

In a spacious office in downtown Washington, the team at Krueck & Sexton designed a playful and collaborative workspace with defined social, work, and conference areas that bring natural materials and sustainability to the forefront. As an early adopter of the 2030 Commitment, KSP approaches every project by tracking climate-friendly design practices and works to integrate increasingly efficient, renewable, and innovative energy systems.

Surrounding the perimeter, ARO Plank 1 in 150 Weiß lines the room and plays up the space’s rounded walls while reducing the visual noise in such an expansive space. Pure wool felt adds subtle texture and softness while it works its sound-softening magic.

Located on one of the University of Pennsylvania’s busiest corners, Stouffer Hall is a multi-functional building that brings residents together and promotes community and collaboration. The project, by Atkin Olshin Schade Architects, includes several common spaces and study areas, the designs of which aimed to receive a LEED ID+C Gold certification with a special emphasis on a healthy indoor environment.

To achieve this and other sustainability goals, the team filled the spaces with natural materials, including timber, concrete, and 100% Wool Design Felt. Throughout the building’s communal areas, a series of Rille panels were installed in a range of blues and greens that play off the views of the surrounding outdoor spaces and help to lower the volume with playful pops of color and patterning.
