If you love a FilzFelt product but need to tailor it to fit your specific needs, we offer customization for most standard products. Bespoke Patterns
One of the great features of felt as a nonwoven textile is that it maintains a clean edge when cut. Our CNC machine-cutting capabilities allow for entirely custom cut applications that include unique shapes and patterns, perfectly tailored to any space.
Detailed Stitching
FilzFelt’s hand- and machine-stitching options can join pieces of felt, create a unique edge detail, or add a handmade touch to a design. Four hand stitch and two machine stitch styles are available. All stitching is done by skilled craftspeople in your choice of fourteen standard colors of durable nylon thread.
Inspired Layering
FilzFelt wool felt can be laminated to create added thickness or distinctive patterning. By CNC-cutting a patterned layer and laminating it onto a solid layer of felt, you can create striking graphic panels for the wall or hanging panels that maintain privacy while adding visual interest. Layered felt also enables the design of custom wall installations with multiple layers and colors, adding depth and texture for a truly unique look.
