In this welcome center that includes a reception area and presentation space, getting back to nature was top of mind in the building surrounded by woods and walking trails. Akustika 25 Suspended panels do double-duty by visually and acoustically screening HVAC equipment above. With multiple suspension options, the panels were installed with suspension rods to keep the air vents from moving them about. And all the while, the sound-soaking panels provide a subtle nod to mother nature in a soft, all-natural grey hue.
