All Natural Texture and Sound Softening Move into the Neighborhood
As workers return to the office, LinkedIn has taken a refreshingly new perspective on creating a balance that puts its employees’ health and wellness first. A new office design moves away from a “one size fits all” approach and opts for private and collaborative work environments that support the evolving ways people prefer to work.
Throughout the expansive office, design firm Gensler designed ‘neighborhoods’ filled with private offices, conference rooms, dining areas, and collaborative lounges lined with pure wool felt, creating both calming and playful backdrops. In an open common space, dining nooks in 203 Vanille create an uplifting and vibrant area for employees to meet and recharge. At the same time, private workspaces and conference rooms are lined with calming shades of grey to create relaxing spaces for heads-down work and group meetings, even expanding across the ceiling for an added layer of quiet and cozy overhead.
