At Playdots in Manhattan’s meatpacking district, a lean crew of fifty illustrators, animators, designers, and engineers create mobile gaming apps obsessed over by more than one hundred million people. To fight the digital fatigue, Woodfin Architecture & Design and Sheep + Stone sought to boost the creativity of these inventive folks by surrounding them with real-world materials of wood, blackened steel, and (you guessed it) wool felt. 3mm Wool Design Felt in muted, heathered greys covers just about everything and creates a contrast to the other hard surfaces (including the ubiquitous screens) with the texture of natural, pure wool.
